Subscription Agreement

1 Payment of Subscription Fees
a. Subscription Fees
You agree to pay (i) the Subscription fees as described in this Agreement and during the purchase and payment process; and (ii) the non-refundable Initial Subscription Fee (as defined above) if you select a Subscription Commitment that includes the Buddie pod. All payments will be processed exclusively through your app store account.
b. Billing. All Subscription Fees will be billed through your app store account linked to your account. By purchasing a Subscription. You authorize the app store to charge your selected payment method automatically based on the subscription cycle. Payment processing is subject to the app store’s terms and conditions, in addition to this Agreement. We do not handle payment transactions or store payment details directly. Subscription management (e.g., cancellation or modification) must be performed through your app store account settings.
c. Payment Responsibility
You must ensure your app store account’s payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds. If payment fails. The app store may suspend access to the Subscription until payment is completed. You are solely responsible for service interruptions due to payment failures. Additional fees (e.g., foreign transaction charges) may apply and are determined by the app store or your financial institution.
2 Recurring Billing
a. The Subscription payment terms may consist of an initial charge, followed by recurring charges as agreed by you. By selecting the Subscription, you acknowledge that such Subscription fees have an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all Initial Subscription fees after the 30-day cancellation period, and all recurring charges prior to cancellation. The fees for the Initial Subscription Period may not be canceled after the 30-day cancellation period, but subsequent recurring charges for auto-renewed Subscription may be canceled prior to the auto-renewal date.
b. We may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly, multiple months, or annually, depending on your Subscription choice) without further authorization from you, until you provide notice (receipt of which is confirmed by us) that you wish to terminate this authorization or change your payment method prior to the auto-renewal date (Michigan local time). Such notice will not affect charges submitted before we reasonably could act.
3 Auto-Renewal
a. The Subscription will automatically extend for successive renewal periods equal to the renewal period that you first signed up for (either monthly, multiple months, or annually). Thus, if you purchased a monthly Subscription, your Subscription will automatically renew for successive one-month periods after the Initial Subscription period. If you sign up for a four-month or annual Subscription, your Subscription will renew for successive periods of the same duration at the same rate. In the case of four-month or annual Subscriptions, we will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days prior to such automatic renewal taking effect.
b. If you terminate your Subscription prior to the renewal date, you may continue to use your Subscription until the end of your then-current term, and your Subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. However, you won’t be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the Subscription Fee paid for the then-current Subscription period.
4 Cancellation and Refunds
a. Unless prohibited by law, all Subscription fees are non-refundable after payment, although we may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds, discounts, or other considerations to some or all users.
b. If you believe you have been billed in error for a Subscription, please notify us within 60 days of the billing date by contacting Buddie’s Support Team at help@bud.inc. Buddie will not issue refunds or credits after the expiration of this 60-day period, except where required by applicable law.
5 Reaffirmation of Authorization
a. Your non-termination or continued use of your Subscription reaffirms that we are authorized to charge your Payment Method for that Subscription.
b. We may submit those charges for payment and you will be responsible for such charges. This does not waive our right to seek payment directly from you. Charges may be payable in advance or as otherwise described when you initially selected to purchase the Subscription.
6 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to adjust the pricing for the Subscription or any components thereof at any time. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you.
7 Bill Inquiries and Refunds
If you believe you have been billed in error for a Subscription, please contact Buddie’s Support Team at help@bud.inc within 60 days. Buddie will not issue refunds or credits after the expiration of this 60-day period, except where required by applicable law.
8 Changes to the Agreement and Services
Buddie reserves the right to modify this Subscription Agreement, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and/or the Services at any time. Any modifications to this Agreement or the Services shall take effect immediately upon posting on the Services. Your continued access to or use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement, Privacy Policy, and/or Services. If you do not agree to the modifications, you may terminate your subscription by notifying us prior to the renewal date.
